Overview
This policy explains what Vastralook collects, why, who it is shared with, how long it is kept and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Account details: your name, email address and profile picture from Google sign-in, and your mobile number when you verify it.
Business details you choose to add: brand name, GSTIN, address and contact person, used for invoices and orders.
Your content: garment, blouse and reference photos you upload, the settings you choose, and the images we generate for you.
Payments: the amount, plan or pack, and the reference returned by Razorpay or PayPal. We do not receive or store full card, UPI or bank details.
Usage and device data: pages visited, actions in the Studio, browser, device and IP address, used to run the service, keep it secure and fix problems.
Support: the messages you send us and notes from calls we make to help you.
How we use it
To run the service: generate and deliver your shots, process orders, keep your credit balance and history.
To verify your mobile number by SMS one-time code, and to prevent abuse of welcome and referral credits (one verified number per account).
To process payments and issue invoices.
To support you — including calling the mobile number on your account about a support ticket or an order.
To keep the service secure, detect fraud and enforce our Terms.
To send service messages. We send marketing only if you opt in, and you can opt out at any time.
How long we keep it
Generated shots, orders and the photos uploaded for them are deleted automatically 7 days after they are made. Download the ones you want to keep.
Your account details are kept while your account is open. Payment records and invoices are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires, even after an account is deleted.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, stored with access controls, and only staff who need it to support you can see it. No system is perfectly secure, but we monitor for problems and fix them quickly.
Your choices & rights
You can see and update your details from your dashboard, and download your shots while they are stored.
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account and its data, by writing to [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. Records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices, are kept for that period.
Children
Vastralook is for businesses and people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and material changes will be announced on the site.
