Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Vastralook — the website, the Studio and every order you place. By creating an account, buying credits or a plan, or using the service, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Who we are

Vastralook is an online service that turns garment photos into AI-generated model photoshoots for fashion and ethnic-wear sellers, and delivers team-made catalogue shots on order.

Your account

You must be 18 or older and able to form a binding contract. Give us accurate details, keep your sign-in secure, and tell us straight away if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for everything done under it.

One person, one account. A mobile number can be verified on one account only.

Credits

Everything in the Studio is paid for in credits. The price of each shot is shown before you confirm it, and credits are deducted when a job is queued.

Credits come from plans, credit packs, welcome credits and referrals. Bought credits do not expire. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another account, and cannot be exchanged for money.

Welcome credits (40, once, for verifying a mobile number) and referral credits (40 per qualifying referral) are free promotional credits. They are always spent before your bought credits.

Plans & payments

Payments in India are processed by Razorpay; international payments may be processed by PayPal. Prices are shown at checkout, with taxes as applicable. We never see or store your full card or UPI details.

A plan is paid for one billing period at a time (a month, or a year where offered) and is not renewed automatically — you choose whether to buy the next period. Its credits are added to your balance when the payment succeeds. Generate batch is part of a plan; any account with credits can place a team-delivered order.

Money paid for credits or a plan is not refundable, except as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy (billing errors) or where the law requires it.

Refer & earn

Share your referral link. When a friend creates a new account with it and verifies their mobile number, you both get 40 credits. No purchase is needed.

A referral link works only for a brand-new account, at sign-up; it cannot be added to an existing account. A referrer can earn at most 20 referral rewards in any 30 days.

Referral credits are promotional: shots made with them cannot be refunded, and they cannot be exchanged for money. We may withhold or reverse referral credits where a referral is not genuine — self-referrals, duplicate or fake accounts, borrowed phone numbers or any other abuse — and we may change or end the programme at any time. Credits already earned stay in your balance unless they were obtained through abuse.

What we generate

Vastralook produces AI-generated images. We reproduce the garment you upload as faithfully as we can — its colour, cut, print and detail. Everything else in the frame is generated rather than photographed: the model, the pose, the drape, the lighting and the background are created fresh for every shot.

The same inputs will not produce an identical image twice, and an output is a realistic depiction of your garment rather than a photograph of it. Review every shot before you publish it, and do not present a generated image as a photograph of a real person wearing the item.

What affects your results

The output can only be as good as the photo you give us. A garment that is folded, creased, shot at an angle, lit unevenly or small in the frame gives the generator less to read, and the result will show it. Our garment guide sets out what a usable source photo looks like.

Acceptable use

Do not upload anything you do not have the right to use, or anything unlawful, sexual, abusive or infringing. Do not use the service to deceive buyers, impersonate a real person, or create images of real people without their consent. Do not try to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload or resell the service. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.

Your content & licence

You keep the rights to the photos you upload. You may use the images you generate for your business — product listings, marketplaces, catalogues, social media and ads — subject to the rights of others in anything you uploaded.

You give us a limited licence to process and store your uploads and outputs only to provide the service. We do not use your images in our marketing without your permission.

The Vastralook software, brand, model library, styles and packages remain ours.

Storage of your shots

Generated shots and orders are kept in your account for 7 days, then deleted for good. Download the ones you want to keep. Team-delivered orders are also shared to you as a Google Drive folder.

Credits back on a shot you are not happy with

On a shot you paid for with bought credits, you can ask for 50% of those credits back. The full rules are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Availability

We work to keep the service available but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted. Maintenance, high demand or outages at our hosting, AI or payment providers can delay or stop jobs. A job that fails returns its credits automatically.

Liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost sales or lost data, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending your account

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms. Unused credits are not refunded when an account is closed for abuse.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and material changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
