If a shot did not reproduce your garment, you can ask our team for 50% of the credits it cost. A person reviews it and answers on your Dashboard — usually within two working days.
50% of the bought credits the shot used, added back to your balance when the request is approved.
In the Orders tab, find the shot and tap the ••• in its top-right corner. Choose Ask for half credits back.
The option appears only on a finished shot that cost credits you paid for. A shot made with welcome or referral credits has nothing to give back.
Pick every option that applies — a shot can have more than one problem. The box underneath tells you, before you send, how that kind of request is usually decided.
The dialog shows exactly how many credits you are asking for (50% of the bought credits that shot used). Add a sentence if you can: "the sleeve print is not the one on my garment" helps the reviewer far more than nothing.
ટિપ Be specific about the garment: which part looks wrong, compared with what you uploaded. That is what the review checks.
Your request shows on Dashboard → Refunds as Under review, with what you ticked and what you wrote. Nothing is taken from you and nothing is paid out yet.
A member of our team opens the shot beside the garment you uploaded and decides. Most are answered within two working days.
If it is approved, 50% of the credits go straight back to your balance and the request shows Approved with the credits added. If it is not, it shows Rejected and a note from our team says why.
Either way the decision is final for that shot — you cannot apply for the same shot twice, so make the first request count.
Every plan or pack you buy has its own limit: 10% of its credits. A shot counts against the plan or pack it was made under. Say you buy Starter (1,000 credits): its limit is 100 credits. Three shots miss and you claim on each — 10 credits a claim, 30 in all — leaving 70 of Starter's limit.
Next month you buy the Value Pack (500 credits). It brings its own limit of 50 credits for the shots you make from then on; Starter's leftover stays with the shots made under Starter, and the two are never added together.
Once the Value Pack's 50 credits are claimed, the option disappears from the shots made under it. Shots made under Starter still show it while Starter has limit left. Buying again gives later shots a fresh limit; an old one never reopens.

Welcome and referral credits are free, so a shot made with them has nothing to return. If a shot used both, only the bought part counts.
You get 50% of the bought credits the shot used — 10 credits on a 20-credit shot — and only once per shot.
Recreate makes a fresh generation at the normal price. If the first one missed, ask for credits back on it as well.
Pose, styling and framing are generated fresh every time. Those requests are judged case by case, and only a result that is genuinely unusable is returned.
