Shipping & Delivery Policy
Digital delivery only
Vastralook delivers digital images only. Nothing is shipped, no courier is involved and there are no shipping charges — you pay only for credits or a plan.
Delivery times
Generate batch: shots are made in your Studio, usually within a few minutes, and appear in the Orders tab as each one finishes. Busy periods can make it longer.
Create order (team-delivered): our team prepares the shots and delivers them to your Orders tab and a shared Google Drive folder, typically within one working day.
Credits after payment
Credits from a plan or pack are added to your balance as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute. If they have not arrived after 30 minutes, contact us with your payment reference.
Where we deliver
The service is available online wherever you can sign in. No customs, duties or cross-border shipping apply because delivery is digital.
Download your shots
Shots stay in your account for 7 days and are then deleted, so download the ones you want to keep.
Delivery problems
If you cannot open or download a shot, or an order is late, raise a support ticket from your dashboard or write to [email protected] with the order or shot and the time you placed it.
