You are not charged for a failure
Credits are only taken for shots that finish.
Sometimes the image model cannot produce a shot. When that happens the shot is marked Failed, it is not charged, and the rest of the batch carries on.
Your batch finished, and the failed shot re-made — without paying twice.
In Orders, a batch with a failed shot is marked PARTLY FAILED, and the count shows how many shots finished. The failed shot's card says Failed with the reason.
Failed shots are not charged: the credits held for them are released straight back to your balance.

Most failures are one-off. Generate the same garment, model and style again — the next attempt usually goes through.
If the same shot fails twice, change one thing: a different style, a cleaner garment photo, or a different model.
Image models refuse some inputs — very revealing styles, logos or text that look like trademarks, or a photo that is mostly not the garment. A plain, tightly cropped garment photo avoids most of these.

No. Credits held for a shot are released if it fails.
Each shot is made separately. One combination of garment, model and style can be refused while the others go through.
