Drape shots are in Drape Studio's Orders; catalogue shots are in Catalogue Studio's. Your Dashboard shows every order.
Orders and downloads: track, download and get credits back
Everything you generate or order lands in the Orders tab of the studio you made it in. Here is how to read it, download from it, and what to do when a shot misses.

Batches and orders, side by side
Open the Orders tab in Catalogue Studio or Drape Studio — each studio shows its own work, newest first.
A BATCH is one you generated yourself (20 credits a shot at 1K). An ORDER is one our team made for you (15 credits a catalogue shot, 20 a drape). Both show their status and how many shots are ready.

Download a whole batch or order
Download all saves every finished shot in that batch or order at once. The count beside it shows how many are ready.

One shot: export, add your logo, or ask for credits back
Tap ••• on any shot. Export shot downloads that one image; Download with your logo adds the logo you set under Branding Details.
Not happy with a shot that cost credits? Choose Ask for half credits back — 50% of what it cost. A person reviews it, normally within two working days, and the answer appears on your dashboard.

Cancel a job that has not started
While a batch is still waiting in line, its card shows its place in the queue and a Cancel button. Cancelling returns the credits for the shots that had not started.
Once a shot is being made it cannot be cancelled — if it misses, ask for credits back instead.
Three things to know
Logo downloads need a logo first
Upload it once under Branding Details, then Download with your logo works on every shot.
One credits-back request per shot
Ask once per shot, with a line on what went wrong — it helps the review.

Questions
Where are my downloaded photos?
In your browser's downloads folder. On a phone, Download all may save a ZIP — open it from your Files app.
How do I get credits back for a bad shot?
Tap ••• on the shot and choose Ask for half credits back. You get 50% of its credits if approved.
Can I cancel an order?
A job that is still waiting in line can be cancelled from its card. Once it has started, ask for credits back if it misses instead.
